Community First Games (C1) is a game company that was founded in stealth by several senior members of the Communi3 (C3) team to build games that engage communities and focus on web3 player engagement. This team is led by Andrew Ringlein, the president of Communi3, and leverages his and the team's many years of experience with engagement systems and games.

It is a separate company from C3, but it is a sister company as there is an open sharing of some types of resources, data and mutual purpose.

The basic idea of Bid to Earn starts with making a bid on an auction, and if that bid is LOST, a % of the difference is refunded, along with the initial bid.
Bid 1 Eth on and NFT, you might end up with 1.2 Eth after you are outbid.
A Bidder wins when they lose, and win when they win.

This can lead to up to 60% more spent on Mints, more profit for project.
This can lead to MUCH MUCH faster bid action, projects don't stall
This can lead to people winning Eth and being very happy with process.

We have a build a flexible system to use this for entire mints.

Degen Doors
To increase attachment to project we realized that art selection can increase retention of a NFT
Degen Doors allows new minters a choice of different NFTs to choose from, often based on having to pay to ‘reveal’ more doors and get more options.
This generates more revenue
This also increases retention of NFTs
